The right atmosphere matters to me, usually before either person has said very much at all. I like directness with warmth; honesty is easier to enjoy that way. I notice style, but I’m more interested in the ease and confidence that make it personal. I’m drawn to art, music, unusual ideas, and people with a point of view. A quick mind is attractive to me when it comes with warmth rather than the need to win.
