About Lada

Good manners, clear communication, and a sense of humour matter to me more than a polished first impression. I like people who can be themselves without narrating the process. I like meetings that feel attentive without becoming intense, with space for both people to settle in. I like good company, sensible plans, and the freedom to laugh when details change. I’m attentive without making a ceremony of it. A plan is useful, but I’m not attached to it once a better idea appears. I like leaving a little room for the person I meet to add something unexpected.
