What makes an evening work for me? Curiosity, a little humour, and enough space for the conversation to wander. I enjoy a little style in the surroundings, especially when it sits beside something relaxed. I like getting ready with a sense of occasion, but never to the point where it feels like work. I bring a lightness to things and usually find a reason to be curious. I bring a soft energy, with enough independence to keep it from feeling careful. I enjoy a little anticipation and a plan with shape, without making it look rehearsed.
