I can be composed in a busy room and completely spontaneous five minutes later. A change of scenery helps me reset, even when the destination is only a different neighbourhood. I like getting ready with a sense of occasion, but never to the point where it feels like work. I appreciate ease, consistency, and the freedom not to turn every moment into a test.
