My favourite evenings begin without a rush: something good to eat, a little music, and a conversation with its own rhythm. I’m purposeful in my own life, but I do not think every evening needs to become an achievement. I still get excited by a new place, a funny idea, or a plan that changes at the right moment. I like a well-chosen table, a gallery, or a new corner of town with more to discover.
