What makes an evening work for me? Curiosity, a little humour, and enough space for the conversation to wander. I like people with direction and a sense of proportion. I enjoy a touch of ceremony, the right light, and the confidence to make an evening feel special. I prefer a few good things to a crowded list: comfort, company, and a little quiet. I’m quite good at looking composed while quietly deciding what we should order. I prefer a simple plan, clearly made, with empty space around it. I feel most comfortable when the energy is warm, the conversation is mutual, and nobody is rushing.
