I notice the mood first: soft light, a good scent, and a room that makes talking feel easy. I listen properly and like people to feel at ease around me. I’m happiest when there is a plan for the beginning and freedom to ignore it later. I like meetings that feel attentive without becoming intense, with space for both people to settle in. I enjoy city life most when it leaves room for detours and one more stop than planned. I like a clear starting point, but I’m always open to a worthwhile detour.
