Give me an unhurried table, a cold drink, and someone who knows how to enjoy the moment. I appreciate ease, consistency, and the freedom not to turn every moment into a test. A quick mind is attractive to me when it comes with warmth rather than the need to win. I enjoy people who can move from a serious subject to a ridiculous one without losing the thread. I like a little structure, mostly so there is something to abandon for a better idea. For me, comfort comes from good manners, a little laughter, and an evening that can take care of itself.
