Give me an unhurried table, a cold drink, and someone who knows how to enjoy the moment. I’ve learned to value calm confidence, good timing, and people who mean what they say. I like a relaxed exchange, a little natural silence, and the feeling that nobody is auditioning. I’m quite good at looking composed while quietly deciding what we should order. I prefer a few good things to a crowded list: comfort, company, and a little quiet. I prefer a simple plan, clearly made, with empty space around it. For me, comfort comes from good manners, a little laughter, and an evening that can take care of itself.
