Sometimes the nicest evenings begin simply and become memorable almost by accident. For me, attraction is mostly about presence, timing, and what does not need to be announced. I notice style, but I’m more interested in the ease and confidence that make it personal. I like having something to work towards, while remembering that pleasure belongs in a good life too. I notice when someone needs a gentler pace, a better question, or a little more time. I give playlists more responsibility than they probably deserve. I like an evening that feels deliberate, then becomes more relaxed as it goes.
