Give me a good table, an interesting person, and enough time for the evening to develop without instructions. I sometimes overthink a small choice and then make an impulsive one five minutes later. I’m drawn to texture, unusual perspectives, and anything with a little character. I like the moment a sensible evening develops a better idea. I like knowing where an evening begins, then leaving space for the best part to happen by accident. I’m organised enough to create ease and spontaneous enough to follow a better offer. I’m drawn to encounters that feel considered without becoming constructed, with enough grace for something genuine to appear. For me, comfort comes from good manners, a little laughter, and an evening that can take care of itself.
