About Alisa

Give me a good table, an interesting person, and enough time for the evening to develop without instructions. I bring a calm presence and usually notice more than I say right away. I’m happiest when there is a plan for the beginning and freedom to ignore it later. I feel most comfortable when the energy is warm, the conversation is mutual, and nobody is rushing. I like knowing where an evening begins, then leaving space for the best part to happen by accident. I’m organised enough to create ease and spontaneous enough to follow a better offer. I have a soft spot for places that make people stay longer than planned. Ultimately, I’m looking for ease, interest, and the feeling that the evening was time well spent.
