There is no big performance here; I value warmth, presence, and an easy exchange. I have a soft spot for places that make people stay longer than planned. I enjoy a room with life in it and the easy spark that appears when people feel included. People often relax around me because I do not hurry to fill every silence. The best experiences have a little planning behind them and very little pressure attached. A plan is useful, but I’m not attached to it once a better idea appears. For me, the best meeting is warm, unforced, and memorable for the right reasons. A relaxed tone makes room for charm, honesty, and the parts of a person that do not arrive on cue.
