About Torin

My favourite evenings begin without a rush: something good to eat, a little music, and a conversation with its own rhythm. I bring a soft energy, with enough independence to keep it from feeling careful. I still get excited by a new place, a funny idea, or a plan that changes at the right moment. I like getting ready with a sense of occasion, but never to the point where it feels like work. Energy matters to me, but so does recovery and a relaxed finish. For me, comfort comes from good manners, a little laughter, and an evening that can take care of itself.
